For occupied homes, we offer guidance on decluttering, what to keep or store, and how to style existing furniture. For vacant spaces, we evaluate scale, character, and architectural rhythm to inform our staging direction. Consultation Fee: $189 (+HST), credited toward staging if you proceed.

Once we receive your photos and floor plan, the process from quote to installation typically takes about 5–10 business days. The actual staging is done in one seamless day.
The earlier, the better. Especially during peak seasons. Ideally, reach out 2–3 weeks before your intended listing date to ensure smooth coordination.
Our standard rental term is 30 days, but we also offer flexible biweekly options and extensions if needed.
Each quote includes everything required to present your home at its best: curated furnishings, layered styling, delivery, installation, and removal. We take care of the details so you can focus on the sale.
